About
About Bayvor
Bayvor is a Florida technology consultancy for contractors and home-service businesses, founded by Kevin Espinoza.
Kevin Espinoza, founder
Kevin has hands-on experience running project management and IT inside a Florida construction company.
His work covers scheduling, estimating support and job costing, plus keeping computers, accounts and software running.
He has built tools contractors actually use: time tracking with labor allocation by job, job-cost reporting, client reports that generate PDFs automatically, and approval and email workflows.
That's why we work on both sides. We can build the database or the automation, and we can set up Microsoft 365 accounts, devices and SharePoint for the office.
How we work
- Fix what you have before replacing it.
- Plain English. Written scope and fixed price before any work.
- Accounts, data and code in your name, documented.
- On site around Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota. Remote when it's easier.
Not sure where to start?
Book a free 30-minute Systems Check. We'll walk through how a job moves from first call to paid invoice, then tell you plainly what's worth fixing first. If nothing is, we'll tell you that too.
